Just got off the phone with an extremely rude lady. I was just trying to politely schedule to shadow a hygienist however the woman was blatantly disrespectful the moment she picked up the phone. As she kept cutting me off mid sentence, and ended the conversation with "maybe I should try else where" as I was expla6my situation. No excuse for behavior like this and hope the patients aren't treated in this manner. Very unprofessional.
I can’t emphasize enough how comfortable my visit to this office was. After having a couple of traumatic dental experiences in the weeks prior to my appointment I was nervous and shaking going in, but left feeling relieved and fully cared for. Every single member of the team was pleasant and accommodating to my heavy anxiety, both dental and financial. They treated my “emotional support person” with the exact same care, too.
