Dr. Koo and his staff are great. My surgery went well and I'm healing fast. As long as you listen to the Doctor's orders everything will go smoothly.
My daughter got all 4 of her wisdom teeth extracted here and the staff were friendly and informative. The healing process went better than expected with no complications
I definitely recommend Piney Point. Before my surgery, Dr. Koo explained the process in great detail. They made sure that I was comfortable and at ease. The surgery went well. They called me the day after surgery to ensure that everything was ok. The staff was really nice and accommodating.
I went to see Dr. Steve Koo to get my wisdom teeth removed. From before to after the procedure, they made it abundantly clear what had to be done on my end in order for all to go well. During the procedure itself, the nurses were very comforting and clear about all of the steps to be taken prior to “going under”. I followed all of their post-procedure instructions regarding food and medicine, and my recovery was extremely swift and quick — just about a week. Great experience!
Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Koo. I was initially seen by my primary dentist and was advised I needed two teeth extracted soon. He set me up with a surgeon who only had an availability for two weeks later. I tried to find another surgeon and was recommended by high rating to Dr. Koo. My wisdom teeth extraction has been extremely successful! Not only the procedure was done in a very short amount of time, but the recovery has been super easy! I haven't swollen much in my face and things has gone smoothly. Friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable doctors has helped big time. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Was referred to Dr. Koo by my general dentist, Dr. Pumphrey. I was very pleased with my treatment. I needed 6 implants and Dr. Koo was a pleasure. Everyone in the office was so nice and I experienced no pain during the process. I had minor swelling afterwards, but nothing uncomfortable. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Koo as a dental surgeon to friends and family.
First I would like to start this review of Dr. Koos Piney Point Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice by mentioning my history. I have SEVERE PTSD towards needles and any drugs that make me feel ‘out of body’. When I was in Milford Hospital in Massachusetts, they screwed up a simple IV insertion so bad that it took them over 17 tries to get a needle into a vein. When I say severe PTSD, I mean SEVERE panic.
