I do not appreciate the rude receptionist that answered the phone on Friday 4/19/24 around 2pm. I was in the hospital Dr Dong told me to my face to call an make an appointment, as he walked out I got a hold of his office. The receptionist was so rude to me she snapped at me and said I can't just make an appointment, without a referral. I told her the Dr told me to call and make an appointment. She said we're a specialist office you can't just be seen, but the Dr said her response well that's Dr's for you and she hung up. I d... read more

Never can get a hold of anybody to ask any questions whatsoever. I don’t understand how this is operating.

First visit..staff was friendly and helpful. Not to mention Dr.Dong was so awesome and understanding and listened to my concers and answered all my questions.
