Always super helpful. I broke my permanent retainer, so I went in pretty immediately to replace it and we found that I need some retreatment. They put the braces back on the day of! Very efficient and super friendly staff!
So, I call an hour after I missed an appt for Dr. Steve Chapman’s for Matthew- (that they rescheduled for today-it was supposed to be Tuesday but they called less than an hour beforehand and rescheduled for today) Fine…. How can I help? Apparently the doc had a family emergency. Well, today I couldn’t leave work as I was stuck in meetings all day, and SOMEHOW they charged me a $35 no show fee.
