I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. In September 2025, I was referred by 12th & 8th Dental to Dr. Steve Bureau Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to have my four wisdom teeth removed. During the surgery, my upper wisdom teeth were removed, but the roots of both lower wisdom teeth were left behind. At the time, I was told this was because the teeth were fused to my jawbone. Extremely polite, and professional staff. Dr. Bureau is a magician. The nurses and the staff would listen to you and take your comfort as a priority. Extraction procedure, in general, is not a pleasant experience, however Dr. Bureau’s team do their best to make you comfortable and the whole experience a pleasant and stress-free one. The nurse also help you explains the after surgery care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bureau’s clinic.
Staff were friendly and supportive from start to finish. They took great care of our 7 year old son.
