This doctor will drop you as a patient if you miss like one appointment and hours of operation for even just their phone services are super inconvenient and unreliable (even if you call during their open hours they don't pick up). Super unprofessional, don't go if you have more involved needs and don't want a part-time family doctor
I have been a patient of Dr. Steven Wegener since approximately 2019. Throughout that time, every phone call and every visit has been handled by the office administrator (aka thereceptionist). Without exception, she has been kind, thoughtful, attentive, and consistently professional. The phone rings constantly while a steady stream of patients moves in and out of the office, yetshe remains available, composed, and welcoming. Dr wegner is an amazing person he is very caring knows what is,he doing very lovely dr .however his recipient is the most rude person I ever met in my life... she thinks she's the dr she tries to diagnose me through the phone she makes me uncomfortable. I know sooo many people that they don't like her because of her behavior towards everyone. I don't know why dr wegner keeps,her with his team ....
