Dr Wegners office is amazing! Everyone is Super friendly and helpful 10/10.
I have been supported by Dr Marie Wegener for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. She recently took on my 1 year old daughter, and offers so much reassurance and guidance. I also have had really positive experiences with the receptionist, she has never been anything but kind and accommodating to us.
I agree with most comments the receptionist is super rude, I don't call and keep up with my health because she really makes me unconformable when calling. I'm looking around to switch.
Dr. Stephen Wegener is great but the receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every single encounter I've had with her over the years is abrasive—almost as if you're inconveniencing her for calling the clinic and requesting an appointment. It's a shame that they have someone like her leading the first interaction with patients.
