I was trying to make an appointment and they’re trying to charge me $50 because they said I missed an appointment. I didn’t even do. What a rude receptionist and I’ve been trying to book this appointment like for two weeks and it goes straight to voicemail. I guess it’s a good thing it didn’t work out because I’m not paying for a fee. That is not mine. That’s crazy!!

Courteous, professional and respectful doctor.
Dr. Nguyen is nice but every time we come here, it takes 1.5-2 hours to see him when we have an appointment. There’s always a full waiting room and annoyed people who showed up on time for an appointment that is late anyway. I think the scheduling needs to be better paced because it’s not really “running behind” if you’re always behind.
Dr. Nguyen is amazing, phenomenal and compassionate. I came from another Drs office because of the poor communication and hassle of getting in touch with the Dr. Dr. Nguyen is always with the patient and willing to help. God Bless you
