I was trying to make an appointment and they’re trying to charge me $50 because they said I missed an appointment. I didn’t even do. What a rude receptionist and I’ve been trying to book this appointment like for two weeks and it goes straight to voicemail. I guess it’s a good thing it didn’t work out because I’m not paying for a fee. That is not mine. That’s crazy!!

Dr. Nguyen is nice but every time we come here, it takes 1.5-2 hours to see him when we have an appointment. There’s always a full waiting room and annoyed people who showed up on time for an appointment that is late anyway. I think the scheduling needs to be better paced because it’s not really “running behind” if you’re always behind.
