There is a definite peace of mind knowing Dr. Brown, Krista, and the entire staff is there when you need them the most. After a not so great experience at a different hospital other then Countryside, it is wonderful knowing that we are following up with Dr. Brown. He is knowledgeable, caring and has kept my husband's COPD under control for many years. We would be at such a loss without these people.
Dr. Brown has been taking care of my Nana for over 10 years. He takes his time with patients, he’s honest but direct. He is definitely the kind of doctor you’d want for anyone you love. I’m so thankful for Dr. Brown!
Dr. Brown is a Mench. I called him from countryside Hospital on Tuesday night at 7 PM. I’m a retired nurse and somehow I got through to him. I was scheduled for a chest CT and I didn’t have the order with me. He went above and beyond to try and help me get the test done That evening. He was so nice and kind. Probably one of the nicest doctors I have ever spoken to in my 40 years as a nurse thank you Dr. Brown you made my night in spite of everything I managed to get the chest CT done. #some doctors are nice people
Dr Brown saw my mother at the hospital. His bedside manners is horrendous. Clearly his 5 rating is misleading. He clearly pays for reputation management. He came highly recommended and was a complete disappointment. He told my mom he didn’t really want her to be his patient because she had such complex medical issues.
