I saw Dr Shumack regularly over a period of years however he did not appear to be able to diagnose the difference between a large venous ulcer and bcc carcinoma. Nor did he take any steps to confirm with a biopsy. Attendance at this clinic was over six years usually with about six-monthly appointments.
