Friendly staff, convenient schedule, so glad to have Dr.Ho.
He is not friendly nor a good doctor and too busy to be of any help to anyone. The staff is new and incompetent, but nice about it. However, they don't return your messages on their voicemail or through the portal, so don't count on them for expedient care as there is a 2-3 week lag. He is the fourth provider to be at this location in less than a year, so use at your own risk.
