I normally see Dr. Timms at Wetzel County Hospital, but for my last appointment we scheduled it for his office in Wheeling. They had called me and asked if I could be at my appointment any earlier than 1:15pm and I said I could probably make it there by 1pm. I called back and talked to the receptionist to let her know I was on my way and would be there by 1pm and she said that was fine.
