Id rather die in my car on the way to Joplin than ever set foot in Freeman Neosho ER again. 3 terrible experiences in a row, treated like a drug addict, not given any medical attention, refused to call my specialist, refused transport to another hospital, and discharged me while throwing up blood and in worse condition than when I arrive, and without a ride home waiting for me. I wouldn't know about their expertise or attitude. Went through the intake but when it came time to make an appointment it turned into a joke. Try calling and the message says how much they are concerned but nobody answers the phone and if they get back to you it's two days too late. It's like their too busy to talk to you or your insurance isn't the right kind. They'll take you but only if they can squeeze you in between premium insurance providers. We searched on THEIR website to find a doctor that was listed with our insurance provider. This way we would have NO Co-Pay. We found a doctor listed on THEIR website as accepting our insurance. However after our first visits we received a bill for over $200.00. We contacted our insurance and they explained the doctor have NEVER completed the necessary steps to accept their insurance. I called Freeman and explained I felt that was VERY misleading and unfair as I was trusting the information on THEIR web site to be accurate. ... read more
It was the the worst place to go our son had a fever of over 100 and they where taking back people that had less problems then our son
