I went in for an appointment today, Monday, September 8th. I was with Kellie (terrible at her job) who proceeded to kick my beanie across the floor after it fell off my head. When I said something about this, she had an attitude then continued to scrap my teeth so hard that the chair was shaking. She then continued to talk about my wisdom teeth and how I’ll have to get them out soon, even though I have ZERO PAIN. Shelburne is a TERRIBLE dentist!! Every crown/filling I have gotten done by him (4 done in total) I have had some sort of problem with. Wether it be just some pain every now and then, or a FULL ON 16 HOUR PROCEDURE DUE TO HIS LACK OF COMPLETION OF THE OPERATION DONE ON MY TOOTH! I had to go to the Endodontics around 4 YEARS after having a root canal, after having God awful tooth aches for many days in a row. With the toothache being so severe I went to the ER at 3am and got prescribed pain killers and antibiotics. Later on, ... read more
As a walk in....ok RUN IN !! I was in so much pain...I sat there in the lobby crying ...orajel and crushing gel caps.. rubbing it on my teeth and gums...no appointment...got me back for x ray..next thing I know . They had me in a chair and took amazing care of me...I walked out to my brother waiting in his car to drive me...I was scared I'd not be able to make it home... no need...no pain what so ever ...thank you soo much for helping me ... May God bless each of you
