Very rude and condescending. As another review mentioned, he comes across as a know it all and does not make patients feel heard or respected. I would recommend looking for another provider.
I highly recommend Dr. Kraus to anyone dealing with neurogenic bladder related to Cerebral Palsy. He truly understands how CP affects the bladder and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He walked me through exactly why these issues happen and offered all possible treatment options, making sure I felt informed and supported. His knowledge and compassion make a huge difference. I’m grateful to have him as my doctor.
