Friendly, helpful, caring staff. Highly recommend Dr Arthur as your PCP. Listens to your concerns and doesn't rush you. Makes you feel like they truly care about the health problems you're experiencing and treats you with dignity and respect while explaining his treatment plan for you. He's one of the good ones. These days that's rare. Private pay is $160. They have an automated call that calls you 2 days in advance with your appointment date and time and you can confirm or reschedule your appointment at that time.
Dr Arthurs is knowledgeable and kind with a humble country boy type personality. Appointments are about 30 min to one hour with including him spending a minimum of 10 min one on one. However, if understaffed or overwhelmed the office personnel can be less desirable and more timely. *Monthly appointments are sometimes scheduled from 28 to 35 days apart so be careful not to run out of meds beforehand.
