Last year, I had a routine 5 year follow up Colonoscopy, with Dr. Laird and his team at the Vail Valley Surgical Center in Edwards Colorado. It was a good experience, and everyone from check in .... , to walking out, treated me like Royalty! They all were very clear in their instructions and made me feel at ease and very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The disorganization of the office and horrible customer service is actually insane to the point of lol. They asked me to fill out redundant intake paperwork, then the woman from the office was hostile when I told her that the UX on their forms is the problem. She thought I had COVID symptoms based on their pathetic form that doesn’t have a basic text box to explain the symptoms. This is the absolute worst care I have received in 12+ years in CO. Dr Laird is clearly uninterested in my SIBO case, and it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with his office. To be clear, the office staff is always courteous, but they are not well supported by the processes, by the nurse, or by Dr Laird. Specific examples: 1) My test results were misplaced by the office, but it was only after I had to call twice that they admitted this and had to request them again from the lab. A wonderful experience today with Dr. Laird's, NP-C, Allisa Corsbie. She took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my symptoms and wasted no time in advising me on my next steps. Kind, informative and proactive. Just what I was looking for.
I totally agree with everything the only other review states. Dr Laird does not want to schedule to see patients, Rather makes things difficult on purpose. I would not recommend him for anything never mind being a Dr. I truly hope you don't get referred to him, just go to St. Anthony/common spirit, you'll be happier with your care there.
