Unfortunately Dr. Otero failed to listen to his patient, my boyfriend, who complained to him about severe headaches. Otero brushed him off over the course of a year always telling him that his headaches were related to an injury in March 2023. Really? When a person who is VERY active becomes one who suffers with excruciating headaches for weeks at a time, wouldn’t that be cause for concern? If he wasn't so arrogant and listen to my concerns,symptoms of my overall health as his patient for years and brushing me off that I would have found out then! I have Ms!!! but his arrogance and lack of knowledge as a doctor wrecked havoc on my life!..
