11/17/2025 I arrived at the er about 4:45. My systolic BP was over 200. The nurse wanted to take blood and put in an IV. I asked why the IV and she said in case they needed to give me medication. I ask if they could just take blood and put in the IV if needed. We were walking toward a room and she turned around and said I need to ask my supervisor what room to put you in. Logan Health Hospital in Kalispell Montana is the WORST hospital in the Country in my opinion. I left my wife in the hospital and she called me crying and said they stuck her in a room and didn't check on her. She asked for a glass of water and they never came to check on her. She opened her ice pack and drank the melted water. That is unacceptable and downright cruel. That's the only hospital near us. I was charged almost $300 for a single blood test. Absolutely absurd. I was there less than 15 minutes. When I questioned the charge I got a generic email response and they wouldn't even address me by my name. These people are despicable and apathetic.

I am a certified medical coder and field medic. I have severe spondylosis in my cervical spine for 20 years. After several failed surgeries and painful injections with no anesthetic, Dr. Ferderrer and Dr. Origitano have stolen my life. I lay in bed and cry. # NOFUNCTIONNOLIFE. They have blacklisted me for speaking up so now no one will see me in flathead. These ass@#$$% are killing people. Suicide is a real option when you can't talk to or trust your doctors not to lie to your face for 3 years.

Simply outstanding! The entire staff goes above and beyond with caring concern. If you need allergy relief for your child, this is the absolute best you can do in southwest Montana.

This place is horrible no customer service whatsoever if you need your prescriptions filled you had better star 10 days prior in order to get them on time. Its almost impossible to talk to anyone you have to act like you want to make an appointment to get threw its like they are all in there hiding and doing there best not to correspond with you in anyway it is absolutely horrible tale my advice you will have better luck at your dogs veterinary clinic

Thank you Lynette, ER nurse extraordinaire for taking care of my dear friend Ron today, and for calling me On HIS phone that he left AT home. A broken kitchen chair toppled over on the floor, half prepared food on the counter and a note scratched out "at the ER. not major!" laying next to his cell phone. Above and beyond, and my heart thanks you. not just for today but for what you and your colleagues do Everyday 💕💕
