I’ve been going to Dr. Lakin’s office for close to 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. Dr. Laiken and all the nurse practitioners there are wonderful— kind, knowledgeable, and caring. They always take the time to listen and make us feel comfortable. The entire staff is great and I highly recommend this office.
Dr. Laiken and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Laiken takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and heard. The office is always welcoming, organized, and efficient. I’m extremely grateful to have such a great doctor and would highly recommend Dr. Laiken and his team to anyone looking for excellent primary care!
Worst practice; reconsider if you're thinking about becoming a new patient. Their front desk staff is rude/condescending, and will do whatever it takes to keep you from speaking to a provider. Since leaving, I've actually found help for some of the issues I had been trying to fix while being treated at Dr. Laiken's. If I hadn't moved, I'd likely still be at their practice, but since finding a new doctor, I see how poorly I was treated, both personally and medically.
