Worst practice; reconsider if you're thinking about becoming a new patient. Their front desk staff is rude/condescending, and will do whatever it takes to keep you from speaking to a provider. Since leaving, I've actually found help for some of the issues I had been trying to fix while being treated at Dr. Laiken's. If I hadn't moved, I'd likely still be at their practice, but since finding a new doctor, I see how poorly I was treated, both personally and medically.
