i am in need of CPAP supplies & a change in Pulmonary doctor. KELLY answered the phone & I told her what I need. Her question was: "Are you a patient of ours?". I am not but I am considering a change. in doctor. Then she told what I would have to do. I asked again who I can call. Her answer was, "I have no idea." She was neither warm nor helpful so I marked NO STARS for this review. Glad I did not make the change to "her doctor.
