Have been dealing with extreme upper back pain for a year or so. I have tried massages, massage devices, every stretch on YouTube and several chiropractors all to no avail. Back pain can be hard to deal with and even harder to find relief. I found my answer with Dr Stephen. After several weeks of treatment I found the relief I had been seeking. I have been seeing Dr. Knoyer for several years. He is great at diagnosing and treating sports-related spinal injuries (running and weight-lifting), as well as treating accident-related injuries. He offers a variety of different treatment options including massage therapy and dry-needling, as well as physical therapy for at-home treatment between sessions. I highly recommend him for treatment of acute issues, as well as treatment for long-term spinal maintenance.
As a wrestler, I’m in a lot of pain. Doc helped me straighten some things out, relieve pain, and even show me how to prevent pain moving forward. I recommend to anyone!
Dr. Knoyer thoroughly assesses my symptoms and is able to treat me to relieve the pain as well work with me to do what I need to do help keep the pain away. He is the only chiropractor that I trust to treat me. Scheduling is easy and appointments are always on time.
I've scheduled sessions with multiple chiropractors but Dr. Stephen has been the best by far. I am recovering from a back injury and my customized plan has increased my ability to walk for longer periods of time and standing. He was reliable, patient and effective. I highly recommend
