We cannot speak highly enough of the care and service provided by Dr. Kemp and his personal assistant. The worst experience of my life. When i was at my lowest point physically and mentally he berated me for not doing exercises that were excruiating. The level of rudeness I endured was astounding. I burst into tears in the car and never went back. Interestingly, I never heard from them again. If you can tough this treatment out then I do recommend him on a technical basis. My shoulder 2 years on is amazing, im pain free and lost only about 15% of my range of movement. As a senior im satisfied with this result.
I might be just unlucky but Dr.Kemp did 2 Suspension plasti ops on one hand and 1 on the the other.I wish I had NEVER had them done some years ago.My left hand and wrist have me in a lot of pain.I returned to see him a little while back and he said these were the most successful operations he does.If that is so I would hate to see the worst! A 2nd opinion is forthcoming with another Surgeon.
My mother went for a second opinion, but to see if there was anything else he could do other than surgery. He was a nasty horrible man with the way he spoke to her. Misogynistic, degrading, patronising rude man. Obviously all about the money he can make for doing surgery - not helping people in pain.
