My pop had a shoulder surgery with Dr Kemp after waiting in the public system. The reception staff had him booked in within 2 hours of calling for surgery. They went above and beyond for my pop. His surgery went amazing, cannot recommend the staff/surgeon enough nor thank them enough. 10 service, 10 hospital trip. Thankyou again so much for looking after him
Dr Kemp repaired my shattered wrist with an excellent result. A very respected surgeon ,down to earth and clear on expectations. Dr Kemp took time to explain the seriousness of the fracture and what could be expected post operation. He went out of his way to add me to his surgical list at a very busy time of the year. I’m not the one to usually to write about an issue I had with someone or something, but today I’ve never felt so unheard, and disrespected from a doctor in my life, first he was late, I waited an hour for him, and the examination conducted was honestly horrible I’m sorry but why am i saying something like i’m in pain and you couldn’t care less, this kinda traumatised me.
Dr Kemp repaired my separated left biceps and I can’t say a bad word about the whole procedure . From initial consultation, all the staff that dealt with me were very knowledgeable and helpful, Dr Kemp was very professional and the results of the operation explained thoroughly. Overall, I’m very impressed with the way I was treated and the courtesy extended during my visit .
