Kim who identified herself as the office manager for Dr. Kelley was very rude and condescending toward me being my first call in trying to obtain information. The introductory unprofessional attitude pushed me away to look elsewhere for medical services then to learn afterward by other reviews there is an existing apathy toward new patients here
Office staff and doctor are great. Been going to him for years.
I visited Dr. Kelly for stomach issues and they sent me home with a mail-in stool sample kit. However, I was unexpectedly charged $300 for the test. Even though the doctor is in my network, they used an out-of-network procedure. I recommend carefully reviewing every test they perform, including mail-in kits.
I've been dealing with these guys for over a year. I am borderline disgusted by the way I have been treated during this time. The Dr is never clear about conditions treatments and diagnosis. He is quick to dismiss any research that you have done on your own to the point of pompous laughter. The main staff are very short tempered and snappy.
