VERY dissappointing! They don't seem dedicated to resolving issues by considering past testing, but just order new tests. Tried to get help for serious balance issue (triage error in ER) (lightheaded vs dizzy) but told to wait 2 months for annual physical! Recent ECG at cardiologist's shows an infarct!! Two many involved in care but not the dr.!!! - communication problems! I have PTSD, and reactions are not taken into account. No suggestion as to how to deal with it.
