The receptionist at Dr Servoss’s office is the rudest most unhelpful person we have ever come across. My husband had an issue and instead of helping or talking him through next steps she raised her voice, belittled him, had an attitude. She told him it had been too long since his last appointment. If he wanted to be seen he had to pay for concierge service. How would we know if he needs concierge service if we don’t know what’s wrong? Ma’am find another line of work.
He’s caring and knowledgeable.
Dr Servoss has treated both my parents for years. He is super intelligent, very kind to my parents, and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. We were lucky to find him, and I wish all doctors were like him.
The doctor is great but his staff is rude and uncaring about patients or their health. You would think a cardiology office would be polite and warm considering they deal with patients with heart and possibly blood pressure issues. Well if you want an office that will frustrate you and make you feel like your well being is not of their concern, here’s your place. I have never dealt with such an uncaring and inconsiderate doctor in my life! My husband and I made an appointment four months ago to see him because one of my friends recommended him. We live an hour away, and hit unexpected traffic because of an accident, we ended up being late for my 11:30am appointment, but we were there at 11:55am for my husband’s 12pm appointment.
