My mother needed an order for a rehab facility for issues with her knees. She could not stand or walk without assistance. Saw Dr Hartsock on a Friday and were told that the order would be sent right away. The rehab facility did not get the order until the following Tuesday and only then because I went into the office and demanded that I be given a copy that I faxed over myself. I still had to wait in the office for it to be written. Definitely would not recommend him to anyone.
I have seen Dr. Hartsock over time for a few years now for more than one issue. I have found hi to be professional, knowledgeable, takes time to really listen, and the best orthopedic doctor I have found. I would very highly recommend him. He really worked with me to improve my different issues.
I was incorrectly diagnosed and told there was nothing else he could do, later found out from another MD that I needed surgery.
