From the initial phone call to schedule a consultation, to starting my treatment plan, everyone at Hannon Orthodontics has been very friendly and professional. As an adult who never had braces as a kid, I had several questons that Dr. Justin Hannon answered thoroughly. Krissi and Cindy are awesome-everyone there has made me feel comfortable and confident with the process-I would recommend Hannon Orthodontics to everyone!
I love them they treat you like family they bring you In on time of your appointment
Their customer service is terrible. They don't answer the phone or return your calls in a timely manner and it takes two and three times of calling them to get an appointment or reschedule an appointment that they themselves canceled. This happened to us repeatedly and extended the time my daughter has been in braces. They are also very rough when making adjustments. My younger daughter may also need braces and we will be going elsewhere.
