I've been dealing with chronic pain issues due to autoimmune disorder and have been to many doctors literally dozens and I have not come past a more knowledgeable and intelligent, caring and empathetic pain management specialist. Hasn't helped my sister at all! Her surgeon wanted to try a nerve block but Gibson doesn't want to do it. Maybe he doesn't know how, but he doesn't seem to want to explore ALL options to ease her crippling pain. He should at least refer her to a Specialist Anaesthetist. She has been in St George Private far too long with no satisfactory explanations.
