Extremely rude and unprofessional to a child. Do not patronize this business. Has apparently done the same to other patients if you look at his reviews at Mid-Florida Endo. Avoid at all costs.
I hate root canals, but I loved Dr. Galla! My previous root canal experience many years ago was awful, so I was very anxious going to have another one. Dr. Galla and his assistant were great. I'm hoping I don't need to ever go back, but if I do, I would definitely go back to Dr. Galla!
