Avoid
The least empathetic psychiatrist I have consulted. This Dr is transparently insincere. He was arrogant and when queried about his recommendations became very rude. I was taken aback that someone specialising in mental health would be so insensitive.
I waited 5 months to see Dr Ford. Received a confirmation message in March and replied yes. I called today to confirm the date and I was told my appointment was cancelled. Now I have to wait until December for the next available appointment. As I am asking the receptionist why wasn't I contacted before they cancelled my appointment she hung up on me!! Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
