He had to do a full revers shoulder replacement on my right shoulder. I’m allergic to protocol it’s bad seen if they use it on me . Dr.Brockmeier has the best bed side manner of any Doctor are surgeon I’ve ever got to know. My surgery was outpatient after my surgery and woke more he had gave me some pain medicine to take never took any I had no pain at all none recovery was a breeze. Also I was suppose to have physical therapy for if I remember 6 months maybe little longer went for 6weeks
Dr. Brockmeier operated on both of my shoulders, 6 months apart, in 2024. Fantastic results. I've heard some describe him as arrogant. I think a better descriptor is confident. I'm very satisfied but would highly recommended.
Being a registered nurse for over 40 years, I can truly say that Dr, Brockmeier is a very gifted surgeon. He repaired my shoulder and guided me through the process. He has a wonderful personality and great beside manner. Thanks to all at UVA!!
