Office staff was very unhelpful in completing a adoption health form. First they lost our paperwork. They didn't even call us to follow-up. We had to call them 2 days after the fact. They wanted to charge us $110 to check a box stating if we have had chest x-rays and list what medications if any we take. Nicole was very snippy. We have been patients for 10 years and now intend to find a primary. Very bad experience!
I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS, THIS DOCTOR OFFICE IS THE BEST IN THE AREA!!!! I have been going there for 5+ years & will continue going of there for another 5+ yrs. Kristan Dupre P.A. is AWESOME, she the ony person I see threre if I can help it. I love her. The office staff is great & that office is run like a tight ship,very organized. They really care about their patients!!!! I can't say enough good things about them.
When I called for an appointment because I did not feel well (sick appointments were usually on the same or next date). I was given the following Monday - when I went in I was told it was in 2 weeks. I expressed that fact that I was ill and was told SORRY.... I cancelled and went across the street to another doctor for an appointment - was seen the next day was to have EKG scheduled, however by the weekend I was in the hospital for 4 days. I've been a patient at Steve Parks' practices since 1985 and have never had a concern about recommending him and his staff to anyone. He came highly recommended to me by a neighbor who was a surgeon in the Brandon area and who used Steve as his own family doctor. The only non-5 rating is for punctuality, and even there this practice is better than most. I cannot recommend Dr. Parks office highly enough. From same day appts to the wonderful P.A's, there is no office I would rather have helping my family than Dr. Parks.
Misdiagnosed for 4 years, was told only had anxiety and high blood pressure. Dr. Dupree who I saw a log, a woman was kind, but also misdiagnosed me for years. I have Lupus and possible Multiple Schlerois, the signs were there. But due to seeing a Phychiatrist for the anxiety I was constantly labeled as just anxiety! Also my records do not all reflect our visits and many errors in them. Do not go to these doctors, you will be risking your life.
