I saw Dr. Bennett for Ureter cancer. I had surgery and only saw Dr Bennett in the hospital. He had absolutely no bed side manner. He didn't explain things very well and I felt completely alone. When I would call his office in pain, I would only get the run a round. I never had any office visits, communication is pretty much non existent. The office staff on the phone was amazing and if Dr Bennett had any of their enthusiasm I would probably still go there. Sadly disappointed in Dr Bennett and his nurse.
Dr. Bennett performed ureteroscopy and cystoscopy on me. It went really well without complications.
He gives flippant, incomplete and vague answers when you ask about test results or procedure details. He left a urethral stent in my mother-law for four months - about 13 weeks overdue. 😳 She is 90. Removing it so late caused all kinds of complications and landed her in the hospital for over two days. Despite collapse of her blood pressure and near death, he kept up his smiley responses and was dodging all our questions. You could tell he was nervous.
