Steve, and the whole of Team Cole provided remarkable care throughout our pregnancy, birth and postpartum. They always showered empathy, kindness and could read our stressors and provide direct assurance which made such a difference throughout the whole pregnancy/birth. They always made us feel we were cared for, at all hours. It provided complete peace of mind - which was invaluable to us given the journey. Steve and the team made the most important moment of our lives a truly wonderful experience.
As we reflect on our pregnancy and delivery journey with Dr. Stephen Cole as our Ob-Gyn, I realise how fortunate we were to be referred to him. He spent a good amount of time with us during each appointment and patiently answered all our questions (some were so repetitive). I cannot recommend Dr. Stephen Cole and his team highly enough. If I choose to have more children, I will absolutely return without hesitation. The midwife assigned to guide me through pregnancy planning (Linsey) was so supportive and spent time to prepare me for birth and breastfeeding. I am so thankful to have chosen Dr Cole as our obstetrician for this pregnancy. As someone who has a high risk pregnancy, Dr Cole has provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy journey and ease any concerns or anxieties that I have. There are several occasions that I had to ring the after hours line on the weekends and Dr Cole always calls me back immediately. I cannot rate my experience under the care of Dr. Stephen Cole highly enough. I felt safe, educated, and confident during my whole pregnancy. As a first time mum, I found Steve to be so reassuring with any queries I had along the way. I was blessed with a beautiful labour and was so overwhelmed with gratitude towards Steve. Furthermore, all the staff at the practice are amazing. Thankyou Steve, Eliza, CJ, Linsey, Wendy & Liv, you are all such an incredible team
