I’m genuinely a kind person, but also very professional. The staff at this office needs to be competent with the positions they hold because if NOT then the patient suffers. OR in this case the potential patient. Staff please know the “HOW” to do the job right.
I would not send my dog to this man … far less a family member! He was so rude and made my mother cry and she’s a strong woman ! He was unprofessional and even cussed her out. He also belittled her for things she can’t help and put down other medical professionals….. for 45 minutes! Why she didn’t walk out is still beyond me but definitely filing a grievance ASAP on the worst ortho in the high desert and probably the state! Please find a different ortho! I would give him negative stars but can’t per google!
Reception very rude, was upset with me so made me wait for over an hour. Called patience who signed in after I was next Johanna was great the others were terrible. Dr Chow was the most amazing doctor I've ever had. Sympathetic, caring, kind, understanding, patient and amazzzzzing!!! He found a fracture that 3 other doctors missed. 5 stars for Dr. Chow 1 star for reception
Dr Chow is a great doctor but his staff seems to not care about their job, all you will get is Im sorry were busy also dont expect a phone call they only know how to receive calls, Update I finally got a call but it was one rude scheduler telling me WE HAVE TO RESCHEDULE TO ANOTHER DAY instead of asking me or explaining all I got was OK and treated rudely
