He takes the time to listen to my needs and issues and is excellent at giving advice, making suggestions or directing me to an specialist who would be able to help me. I appreciate that he does not rush my appointment and although there is usually a significant wait at every appointment, it doesn't really bother me because I know that when it's my turn to see him he will take his time, be very attentive and try to help me in the best way possible.
