I had the best experience. I am terrified of going to dentist. I had 7 teeth removed and didn’t feel a thing. Dr Brown and his staff made me feel very comfortable and I highly recommend him. He’s very soft spoken and kind.

They are fraud! They just want to make money for doing nothing. I had consultation appiontment with them and asked front disk lady about charges for appiontment 3 times and her respond was no charge for consultation but after consultation and discustion about treatment cost, I did not like to do my treatment overthere. Today, almost after 2 months, I received a letter that I have to pay $103 to them otherwise they will sent it to collections.

Money hungry horrible practice make sure you have your check books ready even when you have 3 top of the line dental insurances they want money upfront when they only bill one No BiLL ALL MY INSURANCE THEN GIVE ME A BALANCE I DROVE 2 HOURS TO GET TOLD YOU NEED TO PAY 400 UNTIL WE BILL YOUR SECONDARY INSURANCE. IM PISSED SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME

I lost track of which day I was to be there, and showed up a day early. It would have been a big issue for me to leave and come back. The receptionist said I could wait and see if there where any no-shows. They fit me in! Great service! Dr. Brown and his staff are top notch. Best dentistry practice around. I have been going there for over 20 years. Good people.
