Dr. Cagata and his staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process to get my surgery done. Thank you for all you guys did for me. They were able to answer any questions or concerns I had and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!
This provider's business practices is unethical at best and tried to defraud us and my insurer. When challenged via telephone about their invoice they turned rude, tried to talk over me, and hung up. After speaking to my insurer I sent Dr. Anderson a certified letter questioning his business practices and 7 weeks later still have never received a reply. I am currently on the phone with my insurer asking them to perform an internal fraud investigation on this provider. You've been warned!
The receptionist is not very friendly or helpful.Tthere is another word I would use, but I would rather not stoop to her degree of unprofessionalism.
