The attention and care and professionalism displayed by the staff was first rate. Very knowledgeable of insurance and benefits. I was able to use my medical insurance for my surgery. Just a specialist copay of $35. Dr. Brown was excellent, he explained everything prior to surgery. SAME DAY SURGERY A PLUS. Just missed one day of work. Dr. Brown turned a very "scary" situation into a very positive experience. Would highly recommend this office. Also, this office has the best decorations and is so clean. JUST WONDERFUL.
This is an awesome office. They are so kind and genuine. I was seen this past Saturday for an emergency extraction. They are down to earth and explain everything from insurance to the actual surgery. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL. I would not go anywhere else. So thankful my dentist referred me to Dr. Brown.
I found Dr. Brown via my insurance website, for an impacted tooth removal. The staff was great, they provided a confirmation call in a timely fashion the day prior with reminders on documents needed, and were even more pleasant to deal with upon arrival. Dr. Brown set the proper expectations and was as courteous as could be, while performing his task extremely effeciantly. I would recommend my friends, family, and any stranger to Dr. Browns office for any of their services offered.
I've never had a tooth pulled before and was very nervous about the process going in to have my wisdom teeth out on August 4th, especially as the bottom were both sideways. Dr. Brown and his staff were very reassuring and calming, polite, and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. At his recommendation I only had my bottom wisdom teeth extracted and there was minimal pain in the few days afterward, and I am healing great according to my follow up yesterday morning. I am Shelly Johnson. I am a recent patient of Dr. Stephen Brown. I was in the worst pain that I have ever experienced in my life the day that I called and talked to one of his staff. I was told to come in THAT EVENING,, shocker!!!! She told me to come that day because of the seriousness of the situation with my tooth. Infection had spread from a broken tooth. Certain medications preclude same day surgery. Special situations requires special care. Health history is reviewed at the time of your appointment. As parents medications prescribed with strict guidelines to notify health care givers of such medications. No such notification occurred in advance. The consult can include looking at X-rays and health history. A consultation code was utilized. All claims are filed the day of your visit. Dr Brown saw my MOST apprehensive daughter for third molar extractions My daughter had a wonderful experience and rapid recovery with no lost time from school. She took a nap for the procedure and said it was very pleasant. Her brother and sister will definitely go to Dr Brown ! Wonderful staff and very very clean office. Thanks for a great experience.
The people here are wonderful. They put you at ease. My husband hates the doctor or dentist. He acctually liked the doctor and all the people in the office and said he will be coming back to have all of his work done by them. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
