Never met a dr only a incompetent pa who will not listen she told me twice ‘ not my problem’ Staff never answer calls or respond to voicemails Call in procedures out of network for your insurance companies then it’s your fault for not paying thousands out of pocket Still have broken arm after 10 weeks and the pa wants to do tela-health instead of office visit Thanks for nothing dr Flores
Absolutely the best.
Dr. Flores reconstructed my ACL and repaired my Meniscus. I have Type 1 Diabetes and have had a little trouble controlling my blood sugar while dealing with the pain. Dr. Flores took his time and worked with my parents and my Amazing endocrinologist Dr. Varma. Dr. Flores did a wonderful job not only on my knee but also dealing with the extra challenge of my blood sugar while I was in surgery. The after care has been incredible. Nothing to do with Dr Flores. Everything to do with his office staff and billing. Paid our copay upfront. Never got a bill saying other wise and a year later they reported $80 to my credit report causing a huge drop in my score. A complete disregard for what reporting to credit does to someone’s credit report all over $80 that was already paid upfront. I never received a call or ANY communication. Absolutely unacceptable. I’m genuinely not one to post bad reviews. I broke my foot in April 2021 and after some consulting, I chose to be aggressive in the treatment and had surgery. Surgery went well, but about 6 weeks later, my foot began to turn red and swell. Went to urgent care on a Sunday and was given antibiotics to buy time to get into Flores’s office.
