Absolutely careless doctor! I had a side effect from my medication and had to stop taking it. Sent 6 messages through My chart account and left numerous phone messages! She never responded!

Had my appointment rescheduled because we were 5 minutes late! After they had already rescheduled previous appointment. No one even called to reschedule.
I would give her 0 stars if I could. Stay away! She literally abandoned me. I had an appointment with her over a month ago and she was so sweet and like, "Don't worry. We'll fix it." I felt so confident in her. She said she'd let her girls call me back the day of for lab testing, but no call. I waited 2 days, and I still didn't get a call. The call was for the lab tests that I needed. I emailed her through the NYU portal, and no response! It's been over a month and I feel absolutely abandoned.
