Very disappointed. Dr Nicholas ordered a pelvic sonogram for me which showed some issues. I received a message she was leaving her practice July 1 and I had to find another Doctor, this was 6 weeks ago, she didn’t even have the decency to call me or see me to explain my test results and lead me in the right direction or set up an appointment with another doctor. There’s no excuse for the unprofessional behavior of this doctor and this office.
