Horrible, unprofessional experience dealing with the front staff (Alicia Anderson) at this office and unfortunately Dr Cudjoe did not rectify the situation as well. Time-sensitive Employer's health screening form that needed to be filled out by Dr Cudjoe, has taken me over a week trying to have this completed with zero assistance from the assistant Alicia, as she did not understand the form and provided incorrect information. Very bad scheduling experience. Got an appointment and then went driving all the way there for 30min only to realize they telling me that they don’t have appointment there and someone else took it . Also both ladies were laughing at me behind my back when I asked how it happened. Have not seen such an unprofessional personnel in a while lol. Not only my time has been wasted, also laughed at!
Having worked with healthcare providers in various capacities personally and professionally, Dr. Cudjoe is one of the most warm and kind doctors I have met. She is insightful and thorough. Although I am new to her care, she has spent more time learning and sharing than most providers will in 10 visits. I am so thankful to have found her and look forward to working with her and her team.
I haven’t been great about going to the doctor and keeping up with my health so finding a black woman was key because I knew (majority of them) would care. Dr.Cudjoe proved me right. She made me feel so at ease and important. I felt like an individual and not just a patient. I’m excited to see where my journey goes under her care. Thank you to you and your team !
