I was excited for my upcoming appointment until I encountered extremely rude and unprofessional office staff via text messages. I was informed at 3:29pm the day before my appointment that my paperwork needed to be done by 5pm to be seen the next day for my appointment that's been scheduled for weeks. Frustrating experience. Scheduled an appointment online, confirmed said appointment, filled out all the necessary paperwork including uploading my insurance card, and confirmed appointment online once more. I had to take off work for the appointment, and when I got there the receptionist said there is no record of the appointment or any of the paperwork I filled out.
