Great doctor! I have been seeing her for a few years now, always listens, helpful and caring.
no exam. no review of chronic conditions. just chatting about vaccines. a waste of my time. drs have become very uncaring in the last few years.
The staff is not friendly or accomodating. They lost my paperwork and had no sense of urgency when I needed to be seen by a Physician. When I did see the Physician 3 weeks after I knew that I was ill, she told me that I diagnosed myself and finally prescribed me something. Very unprofessional and not very caring towards myself as a patient.
Have been seeing Dr. Archer since '08 mostly at the Allison Park office. Even stopped going for 3 years after we moved an hour away but the moment I was diagnosed with cancer in 2014 she took me back immediately as a patient. I could not imagine having a different doctor. Dr. Archer is personable. Dr. Archer is kind. Dr. Archer takes the time to listen and discuss whatever you are worried about. Even at one point offered to make a house call! You just don't see that kind of care today!!
Great staff, amazing doctors, explain everything you wanna know very well, and you don't have to wait long in the waiting room or exam room. Love it recommended 100%
