As a nurse and an advocate for my grandmother, Dr Hugh's talks over her patients and their family, talks down to them, and shows zero compassion. She basically called my grandmothers frequent UTI's "it is, what it is" and we can have her GP take over care for her. If you are having a scared 96 year old in your office, some basic compassion can go a long way. Treat your patients like you would want your family to be treated.
She wouldn't get one star from me. If I didn't have to put this one. I have never dealt with a doctor like her. Not when I worked in the hospital, nor as a patient. I am certain I've seen and experienced some bad doctors in my life. However I can't remember one that was as bad as her. She's highly defensive, highly unprofessional, she doesn't listen to her patients, and she's very dominary.
Nice, friendly environment
Dr. Stephanie Hughes is the WORST doctor! She has caused so many issues with so many people that was in her care. When enough will be enough? I have no doubt in my mind she is the reason why my mom is no longer here anymore!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! & I only GAVE a star because it wouldn't allow me to post this!!!
