Dr Hayes is a pleasant and professional Haematologist with a caring nature and wants the best for her patients. I have a great respect for her, however, there were times I felt the communication between us was a little lacking. Hence the rating. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything nice about another doctor who I had to see during Dr Hayes' absence.
