I had very good experience with Dr. Nichanametla. She is a very well experienced doctor and care about her patients. Her staff is also very cooperative with all scheduling appointment and reminders.
Worst dr I've ever met. My mother was bed bound and got a sore on her ankle. He kept saying she was fine. He barely looked at the wound. We finally had to ask him to take a culture. He did it reluctantly. Never wanted to refer her to a specialist. His exact words "Why do you want a specialist, I know what I'm doing." When I did change her to a new dr the infection had gotten to the bone. Months of very strong antibiotics and VERY PAINFUL recovery with a wound specialist.
Very unprofessional doctor. Her Canton office is dirty, incredible dirty chairs at the entrance. This is an OBGYN office, it should clean. You always find 5-7 people waiting in the waiting area plus more patients in the examination room. She schedules her patients every 10 minutes and spend the same amount with them. She always seems in a hurry, not a good listener and very impersonal. If you need to talk to her, she never bothers to call you. Professional staff from the front desk to the doctor. The doctor herself very well experienced knows what she is doing has professional ethics, respectful and care about her patients. I been with them from 9 years

The worst medical staff. VERY rude, unprofessional, no phone etiquette. Does not address your needs, but so quick to double bill and will give you the run around. Will never recommend to anyone.
I love Dr. Garcia. She has been my primary doctor for years now and I know I am spoiled! I get taken in before my appointment. She's lovely. So are her staff.

Absolutely great care. I don't agree with other reviewers, the clinic is pretty clean and looks updated. I don't have to wait long and doctor is good. Would recommend to family and friends also.
