I love Dr. Frame. She always makes time to listen to patients and gives them the time they need to ask questions about their healthcare. Every time we have messaged her office on MyChart, we've received an answer very quickly. There is a small issue with booking an appointment online that I think others should be aware of. As far as I know, there are no appointments as late as 4:30pm. However, the online appointments show an opening every day at 4:30. This so-called “doctors” incompetencies nearly killed me. Additionally, after four unreturned phone calls requesting my test results, I had to follow up directly with the WVU lab to get my results.
Do not waste your time with Stephanie Frame. She is no more a Dr than I am. Her biggest priority is not getting sued not her patients care.
