I called this office to see if they were possibly accepting any new clients. The young lady who answered the phone was very rude. When I asked if they were accepting new clients she proceeded to get loud stating they are an urgent care and not a primary care doctor. I do understand the frustration but I was only calling the number listed not realizing that they were an Urgent Care Facility.
I've have never been so happy with a doctor. I've been having back pain for about a year. I lived in Fl and moved here a few months now. I went to Dr. Griffin and had me do an x-ray just like in Fl. Mind you this has been going on for a while. I was calling within a few hours of the test results and 2 days later was set up for an MRI. Your an amazing Doctor and you have a wonderful Staff. Thank you for finding out what was going on with my back.
Dr. Griffin takes time to listen and is proactive in attempting to determine the root cause of the issue, which is rare.
