The office staff is either completely incompetent or the way the office is managed is from the dinosaur ages. Never have I had to wait 4 months for a FOLLOW UP appointment with an eye doctor. I should not have to provide three days of my availability to make a follow up appt that then has to be approved by the Dr. Not to mention they do not have the latest equipment to provide the most thorough eye exam. Dr. Coates is a great optometrist. She takes her time and really makes sure that everything is good with your eyes. She also has a wonderful staff!
